A six-year long investigation into the drug trafficking operation in St Petersburg Florida that was exposed when two planes were busted in the Yucatan carrying a total of 10 tons of cocaine revealed the planes had all been “parked,” or “sheep-dipped,” in the names of straw owners to conceal the CIA’s involvement.

 
The composition of this group of straw owners, composed of a fascinating collection of people with often interlocking connections through various other enterprises, says a lot about the circles the CIA runs in.

Among the few who lent their names to the registration of more than one of these CIA planes is the granddaughter of Texas oil tycoon H.L. Hunt, who back in the 1930’s was known as the richest man in America. Hunt’s other singular distinction is having been accused by Russian newspaper Pravda of being behind the JFK assassination.

A disquieting discovery

The investigation uncovered incontrovertible, if unsurprising, proof of involvement in the operation by the Mob (in this case, the Chicago Outfit) by Texas oil interests, Saudi financiers,  and, of course, the CIA.

But unearthing new evidence about the CIA’s role in the drug trade for the past 50 years no longer provides much grist for the gossip mill. Time marches on. Gary Webb was right. Everybody knows it.
One sign of the times is that where once there was outrage over CIA involvement in drug trafficking, today many seem glad to see the Agency developing outside interests that don’t require access to a dungeon.

What is eye-opening however is the disquieting discovery that those involved in the enterprise,  like Adnan Khashoggi and his lieutenant Ramy El-Batrawi, both of whom have long histories in past CIA operations, also used their ability to operate with impunity—their get out of jail free card—to act like the worst sort of double-dealing flimflam men, bunco artists and grifters.
 
They were doing the CIA “double-dip.” Keeping one eye on incoming flights at St Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport for news of  a drug plane’s safe return to Florida, and one eye on the fine print in SEC filings.

Khashoggi and El-Batrawi used a slick financial stock scheme to game the system, and plunder hundreds of millions of dollars from investors and taxpayers in what became known as Stockwalk, which led to what was then (2004-2005) the largest brokerage bankruptcy since the Great Depression.

Khashoggi and El-Batrawi participated in the wide-spread looting  of the American economy. But they were far from acting alone.

Was the plundering systematic?

The sheer number of clearly CIA-connected entities engaged in massive financial fraud, for example, by stripping companies of their assets and using bankruptcy laws to walk away, that I encountered while pursuing links to drug trafficking in St. Petersburg was astonishing. A big question today: Was the plundering systematic?

But first,today, a brief explanation of the overt role in the drug trafficking operation played by the two Saudi men. Khashoggi lieutenant Ramy El-Batrawi supplied one of SkyWay’s twin DC-9’s.

Once I’d obtained the FAA registration records for the two DC-9’s, N900SA and N12ONE, it soon became obvious that both planes had been sheep-dipped through a number of owners of convenience to hide the identity of their true owners, the CIA.

Start here: Sometime in June of 2003 someone made the decision that SkyWay’s fleet of planes needed beefing up with a second DC-9.  

Khashoggi and El-Batrawi had one. But there was a problem. Given the controversy over the massive fraud involved in the bankrupting of Khashoggi and El-Batrawi’s GenesisIntermedia, by 2003 El-Batrawi’s aviation company, Genesis Aviation, was not exactly the CIA’s most discreet aviation front company.

I sat with Robert "Tosh" Plumlee, a former CIA operative, taking in this panoramic scene, listening to his recollection of the day this country lost one of its most important national leaders, President John F. Kennedy.

Tosh was in Dallas that fateful day, 22 November 1963, as part of a CIA team dispatched to prevent the assassination of JFK. The story has always been here, yet few Americans know the dark saga of Private First Class Eugene Dinkin and his prediction of the assassination of President Kennedy.

As the Website for the Mary Ferrell Foundation explains, Dinkin was a cryptographic code operator in the U.S. Army, stationed at Metz, France:

"On November 4, 1963 he went AWOL from his unit, and entered Switzerland using forged travel orders and a false Army identification card. On November 6, he appeared in the Press Room of the United Nations in Geneva and told reporters he was being persecuted. He also told reporters that "they" were plotting against President Kennedy and that "something" would happen in Dallas. After Kennedy was murdered, a friend of Dinkin's named Dennis De Witt told military authorities that Dinkin had predicted Kennedy's assassination for November 28, and later changed the date to November 22."

From Hugh Turley's article titled: JFK Assassination Enablers?, which appeared originally in the May 2013 Hyattsville Life and Times:

On October 16, 1963, when Dinkin was stationed in Metz, France, he wrote a letter to Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy warning that the president would be assassinated on or about November 28 and requesting an interview by the Justice Department. Dinkin sent the letter registered mail, and to prevent it from being intercepted, used the return address of an Army friend, Pfc. Dennis De Witt. He did not receive an answer.

Dinkin later changed the predicted assassination date to November 22 and said it would happen in Texas. He believed the military was involved in the plot and that a Communist would be blamed. The day after the murder, the Washington Evening Star reported that the alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was a “pro-Castro Marxist.”

On October 25, 1963, Dinkin traveled to the United States Embassy in Luxembourg to apprise a Mr. Cunningham, the Charge d’Affaires, of the plot to assassinate President Kennedy. He was turned away.

The information from Dinkin was discredited by the U.S. government and ignored by the Warren Commission. It never had any impact, yet it is uncanny that this young man would have information about such a critical event, right to the date. I knew from previous discussions with Tosh, that in '63, the word was that the assassins were former French OAS who had been fighting in Algeria, recruited by "politicians in Texas." READ MORE à

 It's a simple story
Robert Kennedy vehemently opposed the Vietnam War.

He had a very real chance of becoming President.

He got a bullet in the head.

The meeting in Dallas the night before the assassination included:

H.L. Hunt
J. Edgar Hoover
Richard Nixon
Lyndon B. Johnson

...At the home of Clint Murchison, the Texas oil tycoon.

Murchison owned J. Edgar Hoover, Lyndon B. Johnson, and State of Texas law enforcement and stood to lose a fortune if Kennedy changed the oil depletion allowance and faced the very real possibility of jail time should then-Vice President Johnson be indicted, which gave the appearance of being a certainty.

Nixon and others involved claimed not to remember where he was that night.

The fingerprint found in the Book Depository sniper's nest and suppressed by the FBI belonged to LBJ's henchman who was convicted in at least one murder and was suspected of committing several others on Johnson's behalf.

But it doesn't matter who did what, what weapon they used, and what position they fired from.

That's like asking which janitor they sent and whether he used a wire or nylon brush.

The mountains of minutia, endless conferences, books and assassination experts including Oliver Stone's artfully loopy movie all obscure the basic points.

1. The CIA was facing a thorough gutting at the hands of Kennedy as were their close colleagues in organized crime and the oil industry

2. The Pentagon and the scumbags who supply them were facing the loss of billions upon billion of of dollars in profits and payoffs if Kennedy turned off the Vietnam gravy train.

3. Hoover and Johnson knew each other very well, hated Kennedy and had very strong self-preservation reasons to want him dead. Both had been involved in political murders separately - and were to collaborate on future ones.

Recall that Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King were both assassinated during the Johnson-Hoover regime and that Johnson was the president during the infamous USS Liberty incident. Robert Kennedy, like his brother, and Martin Luther King were murdered after they started talking against war in Vietnam. Another too rarely mentioned connection.)

These people - the CIA, organized crime, the Pentagon, Hoover and Johnson - were all murderers and they did what murderers do.

With Hoover in charge of the FBI and Johnson in control of the Federal government and Texas law enforcement, there was no investigation of the crime and any evidence that contradicted the manufactured "lone nut" theory was altered and in some cases outright destroyed.

Ongoing media suppression was carried out by the CIA and the cooperative and craven US news media.

It didn't matter how good or bad your evidence is if you don't control the process and it's the new leader who controls the process.

Attorney Allen Dulles, the CIA head who supervised numerous coups and assassinations in other countries and had a grudge against Kennedy for firing him, understood this simple principle better than anyone.

That's it. The beginning, middle and end of the story.

Discussions about the minutia of the specific mechanics of the operation are nothing more than a distraction and far off the key points which are:

1. When push comes to shove, the military-industrial complex is in control of the US
2. A criminally minded CIA and organized crime figures in the US and abroad collaborate on projects of mutual interest (drug running, assassination, the suppression of dissent) on a daily basis as they have done since WW II.
3. The US news media - as well as the vast majority of academia - is an impotent joke.

These are the three elements that have guided and controlled the US since Kennedy's assassination and they can, and continue to, get away with just about anything.

Dallas and Texas law enforcement stood down.

Military intelligence, which is normally enrolled to provide presidential security, stood down.

The FBI stood down.

Kennedy's car was put at the front of the procession (an absolute violation) and there were no guards to his side and back to protect him.

In spite of a heightened security alert, ALL normal security procedures were toned down.

The scores of eye witnesses who heard, and in some cases saw, shots from the right of the President's car were ignored.

The rifle that was originally found in the Texas School Book Depository did not match the casings that were found there.

Then the President's body, one of the most important pieces of evidence in the crime, was literally stolen from the lawful possession of the State of Texas and handed over to two grossly incompetent career Navy physicians who had no experience in pathology or performing autopsies.

That's our story so far.

Can there possibly be any doubt that:

a) there was more than one shooter on the scene
b) those in charge of the local police and the Secret Service arranged things in such a way as to facilitate the shooting and
c) eye witnesses were discouraged from reporting and the forensic exam was deliberately botched to maintain the one man, one bullet theory

PROOF: JFK WAS a MEMBER of the CFR

*John F. Kennedy was never listed on any of the CFR's official membership lists. However, he confirmed in a letter in 1960 [PDF Download] that he was at that time a member of the Council, as well as a "longtime subscriber" to the CFR journal, Foreign Affairs.
