An ethical person - like a politician, banker or lawyer - may know right from wrong, but unlike many of them, a moral person lives it. An Americanist first already knows that. Bankers and their government agents will always act in their own best interests. Any residual benefit flowing down to the citizens by happenstance will just be litter.

Washington, DC – The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) has awarded the CFTC a “Vision Award” rating of platinum for its FY 2010 Performance and Accountability Report in the “Government – City/State/National” category.
The LACP “Vision Awards” are widely recognized as authoritative in assessing the quality of financial reporting. In total, the LACP reviewed more than 5,000 entries from more than 25 countries for its Vision Awards competition.
“The CFTC is committed to transparent and reliable reporting,” CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler said. “Receiving this prestigious award for a second consecutive year is an honor that recognizes the dedication and hard work of the CFTC’s staff in producing this report.”
