Thanks to another whistleblower, a Texas Planned Parenthood is facing a second complaint of false billing.

Karen Reynolds, a former employee of the Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, recently brought the abortion provider's alleged fraud to light (see earlier story). Now, an unidentified whistleblower has filed a similar complaint in federal court against the same branch.
Frank Manion, the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) attorney handling the case, says it involves a whistleblower's claims "that for at least a decade, Planned Parenthood has engaged in a widespread scheme of fraud through which they are basically robbing the taxpayer by billing Medicaid and other portions of the federal government for services that --A -- they never performed, -- B -- were medically unnecessary, -- C -- were not actually supposed to be covered under the various federal programs they were billing, and that part of this scheme was to falsify patient records and bills in order to reap this windfall to the tune of millions upon millions of dollars."Manion says the unidentified whistleblower's ten years of work experience with the agency means his or her information is solid. He adds that it is plain to see that Planned Parenthood has been "stealing from the public," so he is asking the court to order the abortion clinic to reimburse the government, plus penalties.
