Yes, we believe so. The coldest months of this winter will be the hottest for the metals.
The SAR (Stop And Reverse) break is indicated by a circle. The black horizontal arrow is pointing to the 4-day moving avg(red) which is still shy by a smidgen from crossing the 7-day(green). The MACD is now above 0.00, another technical positive.
