If you keep on looting the people to save Wall Street from its own criminality and stupidity they're going to go on criminal and stupid. You're incentivizing failure, you'r incentivizing corruption.
Now I'm one of those people who thinks evolution is actually a really good idea on several levels, not just by biological evolution but educational evolution and societal evolution, and societal evolution is that those institutions that are destructive of society as a whole, you let them go extinct! You don't prop them up! We need to reward and incentives productivity and quite the contrary, we've gone down the other path here where we are penalizing those people who's work actually provides the capital for the system and we've incentivized the game players... the riggers
