The US government moves to allow the west to ‘do business’ with the terrorist group responsible bombings and assassinations of Iranian scientists. The Wall Street Journal reported last night that the Obama administration is moving to remove the the People’s Mujahedin (also known as MEK, PMO, and MKO) from the State Department’s designated list of terrorist organizations.
This comes under pressure from lobbyists who have been paid to push to have the organization removed despite the group taking credit for assassinations and terrorist attacks recently as weeks ago.
In a world with any sense of justice that wasn’t as twisted as our two-tiered justice system these lobbyist would be thrown in jail for taking money to work on behalf of the group in the first place.
Instead, the US government uses the no-doing-business with terrorists only when it is convenient for them – such as when accused terrorists try to get a lawyer to prove they are innocent of allegations only to be denied counsel because lawyers can’t do business with terrorists.
On the other hand, the State Department and the corporate media is willing to turn a blind eye completely to Al-Qaeda operatives in Syria and organizations like the MEK terrorists who openly commit bombings and assignations in Iran
State Department officials reportedly say that Hillary Clinton has yet to make any final decision, but let’s be real – we all know the group is as good as removed from the list.
