International Gold Reserves by Country, Holdings by Central Bank (gold bullion percent, global rankings)

This is all nice to know if the world can trust their politicobanker leaders. Glaringly missing is where are the governments that have been entrusted with the safe custody of this physical gold? [London, Canada and NY excused, of course] Can we please see the physical audits? Just a common courtesy to allay suspicions, of course. Thank you.

During the 12 months ended December 2012 central bank purchases of gold amounted to 534.6 tonnes, the highest since 1964. American reserves may seem high (about the same as the next three nations combined, percent of total reserves at 76.1% lower than only Portugal (90%) and Greece (82.7%)) however historically, they aren't.  Fort Knox held as much as 20 thousand tonnes of gold in the 1950's - 1960's.  Most vital statistics are reported on by the World Gold Council.
