We can only see this shifting of monetary assets to the eastern hemisphere as a transition and will not provide perpetual peace for the world. Why not? Because the internationalist financial commissars have no allegiance to any sovereign entity except to themselves. Fostering, goating, and LENDING money substitutes is their weapon and the point of their spear. Death of people is their Death Star. A war between India & China and collaborating sovereignties will be an opportunity too juicy to overlook.
